The ODYSSEY Newsmagazine staff completes an annual marketing project in which we are assigned businesses around Athens to try and sell advertisements to. I made an attempt to sell an ad to Urban Sanctuary Spa. This took contacting various sources and getting in touch with the owner, but I was able to interest the owner in an ad and follow up via email.

Business Initiative
During the beginning of the first semester, I worked closely with our Business Staff to ensure we had the proper elements to sell ads. I took the liberty of redesigning our Ad Rates card and our Advertising Contract, both which potential ad buyers would look at.

Building a brand
I took photos for a softball Zumbathon fundraiser at CCHS. I was later contacted by a parent attendee who is a member of the PTSO and wanted to use one of my photos for a promotional poster for the PTSO's future Zumbathon fundraiser.
